B and I created a fall bucket list to keep us busy this month. Brody will start cutting Milo or stripping Cotton this month if the fields dry out and us girls need things to do while he’s gone. There are so many fall bucket list out there but none that really fit what we wanted to do. So… we created our own!

What’s on our bucket list? Well, I’ll share!

  • Go to Pumpkin Patch (if it ever stops raining)
  • Carve a Pumpkin
  • Bake Cookies
  • Make Halloween Treats for Teachers
  • Go to Brush of Art to paint
  • Drink Hot Chocolate
  • Make S’mores
  • Paint Nails
  • Have a fire
  • Pick Apples (this is a maybe. It would have to be a really nice day)
  • Watch Hotel Transylvania
  • Go to Football Game

We’ve already done 6/12 things! If you follow my instastories then you’ve seen some of the things we’ve done.

It’s so fun to have a list of things to do. It gives us something to look forward to and lets us get out of the house for a while.

Here is the blank printable I found.

B and I have been having so much fun checking things off our list. One thing she loved was making a Halloween Mix for her teachers. I got the idea off of Pinterest and you can click here to pull up the recipe. We did substitute a few things so you are more than welcome to make it your own.

I took a printable from this site and printed out small tags for her teacher!

Of course what’s a FALL without a fire??!! We’ve had a few of those already!

And of course with a fire you have to have S’mores and Hot Chocolate!!

Since I am not big on Halloween, watching a Halloween movie is very hard for me to do. I didn’t want B to love Halloween like she does but I lost that battle. So instead of watching Hocus Pocus I will watch Hotel Transylvania. It’s actually a cute movie! I took b to see the 3rd movie a few months ago. My mom was shocked but it happened. So if you want something cute to watch with your kids I would recommend that movie. It’s been on TV a few time this past week so record it.

If you live around Amarillo, you should definitely go to Brush of Art by Wolflin Square! Even if you don’t go for fall, you can always go before Christmas! Last December I took B and we painted ornaments. Its a pretty cool place! Not sure if they have fall things to paint but it’s something fun to do and its fun to do it together!

Well this is what B and I are up to this month. Hope this gives you a few ideas of things to do! Follow along with me on my Instagram (thesweetfarmlife) and see what all we end up doing this month!

Hope you have a great fall!
